Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS)

This course follows the electrical industry’s drive to raise levels of health and safety awareness, and also responds to recent Government health and safety initiatives.

The ECS requires that operatives who are members of the scheme, or who wish to join the scheme, complete their health and safety Assessment.

In addition, a number of construction/engineering sites now require all operatives to have completed the assessment.

The assessment is a multiple choice, computer-sat examination lasting 40 minutes and consisting of 30 questions.
